About the studio
Ryzhakov Studio is a small independent practice working where business strategy, organisation design and technology meet.
Why a studio
Large consultancies are good at scale. We are built for the opposite: a senior team that does the work itself, stays close to the people who will live with the result, and leaves when the organisation can carry on alone.
We combine business architecture, management and engineering experience, so a conversation can move from a board-level question to a system constraint and back without losing anyone on the way.
What we do not do
- Resell software or take commissions from vendors
- Staff projects with juniors behind a senior pitch
- Produce documents that need us to explain them
Teaching
Part of our time goes into teaching: workshops on business architecture for internal teams, and mentoring for architects who are moving from technology into business-facing roles.
